1A. Make sure that at the top of your internet explorer that you have the padlock in place, this is to ensure that you are in a secure area to place your order safely, refer below.
Verify the identity and security of the Web site.
Some sites feature verified identity and security information. When you visit a verified site using Internet Explorer 7, the browser address bar turns green and the identity information appears on the right-hand side of the address bar. This makes it easy to check the identity information and ensure that it matches the site that you expected to see.

Make sure the site is secure before you type. In Internet Explorer, you can do this by checking the yellow lock icon on the status bar, as shown in the following example

The closed lock icon signifies that the Web site uses encryption to help protect any sensitive, personal information that you enter, such as your credit card number, Social Security number, or payment details.
Note that this symbol doesn't need to appear on every page of a site, only on those pages that request personal information.
Unfortunately, even the lock symbol can be faked. To help increase your safety, double-click the lock icon to display the security certificate for the site. The name following Issued to should match the name of the site.
If the name differs, you may be on a fake site, also called a "spoofed" site. If you're not sure whether a certificate is legitimate, don't enter any personal information. Play it safe and leave.

2. Normal items that are on the web site,
    Work out the quantity that you require, change the amount in  
    the box next to the item and
    then push the button marked " ADD TO CART". 

3. For special items that have been quoted on, follow the
     instructions I have sent you.

4. Once done shopping,
    Push the button at the top marked " VIEW CART" this will
    take you into check out.

5. In here all you need to do is follow the instructions on what
    you need to fill out, this is also the area that has a box for
    leaving your special instructions to me for quoted items
    IF YOU HAVE FILLED OUT ANY SPECIAL
    INSTRUCTIONS, DO NOT USE THE BACK
    BUTTON, AS THIS WILL WIPE OUT THE SPECIAL
    INSTRUCTIONS THAT YOU FILLED
    IN AND YOU WILL NEED TO REDO.

6. Once filling out the 1st page with all your details, you then go
    to the next page for payment, you fill this out on how you have
    selected on how you wish to pay, eg c/c, paypal, d/d, money
    order or pick up.

7. Thats it, easy, done and dusted ( and you thought it was going
    to be hard).

8. Please note 99% of items we make to order, so please
    don't expect to come out and have the item in stock.  

9. If are not secure in doing a c/c transaction over the internet, select direct deposit and then call us at the factory to give us your c/c details
