Visa or Master Card only accepted ( but this can not be done at the factory as the machine is at home)

Unless otherwise stated, a 12 month warranty period applies to your purchase. 

We can issue a refund or exchange for the following reasons:

  • Defective product or missing parts
  • Product not as advertised
  • Incorrect quantity or item shipped

 

We will not be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages related to the use or misuse of this item under any circumstances. No suitability of use is expressed or implied. Shipping fees and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Freight Costs and Delivery

All items ordered are Posted via Australia Parcel Post, Items will be sent approx 7 Business Days after payment is received, this allows time to manufacture your item/s, this is a guide only, normally we can get the item/s out in a few days, depending on work load.

International orders are delivered via Air Mail unless otherwise requested. The freight costs shown on this site are used as a guide only, larger orders that fall outside Australia Post's standard parcel sizes will incur an additional fee. In a situation where this occurs, a confirmation e-mail will be sent advising the purchaser of the total cost of the items, including shipping and requesting confirmation of the order. Confirmation must be received within 3 working days, otherwise the order will be cancelled. In most cases this additional fee will be minor.
